At Rocket Dog, we want you to love your new shoes, so if you are not completely satisfied, you can return or exchange your unworn items within 30 days of delivery. All returns must be in their original packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Return

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to send back.

  Print Your Label

  Choose your return reason and download your prepaid shipping label, which will be sent directly to your email address.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn footwear in its original shoe box and secure it inside a shipping mailer, ensuring the new label is clearly visible.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Refund

  Take your package to any authorized carrier location; once received and inspected at our warehouse, your refund will be processed within 7-10 business days.
